ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE BURSAR NO 1 /2011

Subject: Accounting for salaries in projects financed or co-financed by the state budget and the budget of the European Union

1. Accounting for the remuneration of employees in projects financed or co-financed from the funds of the State budget and the budget of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as projects) is based on information prepared on the basis of data, by the relevant organisational units of a higher education institution, as indicated in point 2.

For this purpose, statements are drawn up by the staff involved in the projects according to the attached templates:

1. Annex No. 1 - Salary statement including surcharges for research and teaching staff
2. Annex No. 2 - Salary statement with surcharges for non-teaching staff
3. Annex No. 3 - Salary statement with employee surcharges - by project specific budget
4. Annex No. 4 - Posting order for the salaries of teaching and non-teaching staff including surcharges

Employees involved in the implementation of projects, according to their responsibilities, verify, process, analyse, draw up payment claims and submit to intermediate bodies.

2. Annexes 1 and 2 are drawn up by employees of the Payroll Department, Annexes 3 and 4 are drawn up by employees of the Accounting Department.
