  2. The amount of funds provided for the rector's scholarships for a given academic year for individual faculties is determined by the rector in consultation with the student government (detailed arrangements). In the case if there are two or more fields of study carried out in a faculty, the distribution of funds between fields of study is made by the Vice-Rector responsible for student affairs and doctoral studies, at the request of the SC, in proportion to the number of doctoral students in the field of study.
  3. If several doctoral students obtain the same number of points in the ranking list, the higher number of points obtained from the parametric assessment for the previous year of study shall constitute the decisive criterion.
  4. In the event of an equal number of points from the parametric assessment, the higher number of points obtained for progress in preparing the doctoral dissertation shall constitute the decisive criterion.
  5. In the event of an equal number of points for the progress in preparing the dissertation, the higher number of points obtained for results of examinations included in the study curriculum.

up to 30 September of the relevant academic year shall be taken into account.
