Employee Capital Plans (PPK)
The Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, in agreement with the trade union organisations operating at the University, has selected Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. to manage and operate the Employee Capital Plan (PPK).
- Declaration of resignation
- Declaration of additional contributions to PPK
- Declaration of reduced basic contributions to PPK
- Application for making payments to PPK (for persons who filed a declaration of resigning from making payments to PPK)
- Application to conclude an agreement on PPK (for employed persons aged 55 or over and under 70 years of age)
