Academic Staff Identity Card - information
In accordance with Order No. 291/2020 of the Rector of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce of 28 December 2020 on the Academic Staff Identity Card (LSNA), an academic teacher who is an employee of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce may be issued an Academic Staff Identity Card, hereinafter referred to as LSNA, at his/her request for the duration of the employment relationship.
LSNA can be used to:
1) confirm employment at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce;
2) visually identify employees;
3) access the University's car parks;
4) access the resources of the University Library;
(5) The LSNA can be used as the Kielce City Card of ZTM Kielce.
The Academic Staff Identity Card works with the following machines:

After registering the LSNA as a library card with the JKU University Library, it is possible to use the self-lending machine. It is possible to take out and return books from the library that are available in the so-called „free access&rdquo (for this purpose, a machine must be used in which the person - cardholder - uses the LSNA for self authorisation). The LSNA can be used as a ZTM Kielce City Card. The LSNA should be registered by going to any ZTM point in Kielce – fill in the form and make a payment to top-up the card. Sales points available at http://ztm.kielce.pl
The LSNA is a named KKM card. -
After registration as a Kielce City Card and a cash top-up at the Municipal Roads Management in Kielce at 14 Kościuszki Street in the Paid Parking Zone Department, the LSNA can be used to pay for parking in Kielce at parking meter machines. Find out more at - http://www.mzd.kielce.pl
NOTE When completing the application for an Academic Staff Identity Card, if you wish to have the LSNA costs deducted from your salary, please mark an X under I agree to the deduction of … and write the amount of PLN 22 on the dotted line. Whereas, if you have made a payment in the above amount to the University's bank account, please insert an X under I enclose proof of payment for LSNA and attach the said proof of payment.
