Announcement of the Chancellor regarding the liabilities incurred on behalf of the JKU

Managers of the JKU costs
(Deans, Heads of units)

 

I would like to kindly remind you that any liabilities incurred on behalf of thr Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, disregarding the procedures in force at the University, will not be settled. The purchase of materials and services should take place in accordance with the applicable public procurement legislation. An invoice or other billing document received by the University must be preceded by a request accepted by the Bursar and approved by the Chancellor. Documents evidencing expenditure made without following the procedures set out above will not be accepted or accounted for.
