Gender Equality Plan

The Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce has adopted a Gender Equality Plan. The works on the document included an analysis of the university's activities up to date, the strategic documents in force, and research concerning the needs of staff and students.

On 31 March 2022 Prof. Stanisław Głuszek, Rector of JKU, has signed an order on implementing a „Gender Equality Plan at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce".

One of the most important challenges facing the European society consists in eliminating all types of discrimination. That is why the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce joins other European institutions that have set the goal of creating equal opportunities in the development of academic careers and takes steps to create a safe workplace giving a chance for development based on equality and diversity of staff, students, and doctoral students. read more

Monitoring Report No. 1

On 27 January 2023, a monitoring report "Wdrożenie Planu Równości Płci w Uniwersytecie Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach w okresie od 1 kwietnia do 31 grudnia 2022 roku" (Implementing the Gender Equality Plan at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce from 1 April to 31 December 2022) was published.
